Staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. Items I wanted were in stock. The dog trainer is really knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I will definitely be taking my dog to Petco for training!

Its location is not not my neighborhood store, but me & my maltese always love to visit all Petco stores! ❤ The only thing I ask management in administration is to please bring back the rewards we use to receive through email. I spend plenty of money to hardly ever, I cannot recall , receiving a discount or rewards as a thank you for shopping @ Petco.

We had experienced racism a few years ago when we first moved to this area. We had gone back ever since. Petsmart doesn’t have a vet onsite and we chose to give a shot to bring our dog for a vaccination. One of the staffs name Dolma was rude from the beginning to the end. Wasn’t able to get one vaccine that our dog needed as she’s trying to upsell their packages. Unpleasant experience

Took my little Shih Tzu dog to the grooming Sunday morning 9 AM Christine M was the one to give her a cut didn’t get a call so I went to the groomer salon around 12:30 PM. I heard my dog whimper right when I walked in.. My husband went to go check on her he said they were still working on her cutting her nails then we go to register to check out and that’s when they attempt to speak to us at the register saying that my dog was cut “minor “that they will take her to a vet due to store policy..We didn’t get our dog back till 7:30 PM that evening.William the store manager was very helpful and updated us throughout the day. However, the lady that cut my dogs hair, I feel was very Rough and did a horrible job on her hair just for the simple fact that my dog had no more hair left on her body to even cut and she was still chopping away when we got there at 12:30 PM that day. Be careful with who you booked your pet with, and I know accidents happen however, let’s try not to make accidents happen when they can be avoided. They sent my dog home with a cone and a bandage now she’s on antibiotics and the cut is still very much exposed. Some thing we have to continue working on. Hopefully it doesn’t get infected. Be careful with your fur babies.
