Great experience working with the pet manager. He had so much knowledge about birds. He also signed me up for the membership thing and I saved a ton of money. All in all it was a 10/10. Definitely will be returning for all of my newly acquired birds needs.

The worst store in the world. I brought my baby Pomeranian for grooming and when I showed his vaccines they told me that they were not valid because they could not know if they were fake or real (because my dog was vaccinated in Russia, which is where I bought him) I showed them his letter from the vet that I brought him here as soon as he arrived and the doctor said that everything was fine with his vaccines, here they did not want to treat him and insinuated that I had falsified that. Ridiculous and terrible service. Vaccines are UNIVERSAL
