We spend alot of money in petco having to buy alot of foods for cattery but I baught our African grey a bag of KayTee parrot food expensive food so I kept putting it in his food dish he acted like no dont want it 3 weeks went on he was looking bad I went and baught a few things he Loves So I was looking at this bag when I fed him it always stuck bad I didn't know why maybe becouse it's supposed to be healthy when I got the Bag and saw it was over 2 n half years old almost 3 nowonder my Bird was feeling sick so I called corporate office girl told me she would give him 10 coupon I Told her I didn't want 10 coupon u got my bird sick selling Over 2 almost 3 years old I told her he deserves more than that expensive food anyways should be in trash ROTTEN & Stinking food HE needs a Big Toy and bag replaced and another Bag of food that wasn't right we spen thousands on expensive Royal canine for our cattery Petco you can do better than a 10 coupon shame on you 💔

I’m going to give them 3 stars. Their online process for buy online, pick up in store is easy for ordering however; it’s always a pain to actually pick up. The lady (which we have had several times) questions us on who we are, even with the email and ID to pick up. Instead of it being a quick in and out process, we are in there at least 5-10 minutes to pick up!

They seemed very understaffed but the customer service attendant handled it very well, she was helping another department when I rang the bell up front and she kept reassuring me she would be right up. Then she was cleaning off the register of what looked like returns, as well as taking a phone call, while checking me out and apologizing for the wait. She could've easily made me feel like I was an inconvenience from everything else she had going on, but that wasn't the case, her communication and calm, friendly demeanor went a long way. This lady needs a raise for sure.

Taylor was really nice and helpful that's the only saving grace. I come in repetively for dog food and toys. I've started driving out of my way to escape one particular woman who makes checking out a 45 minute venture. This time I brought my dog who is training to be a service animal for medical alert, he was doing great until that one woman came up started calling him while he was in a down stay and didn't stop until he approached her. I told her no three times and moved to correct him she went as far as to move his training collars and almost pulled his slip lead off his head. Then continued to bother him until I body blocked her and had him in a down stay. Then she pretended like she had just noticed his vest that says he is in training and has 4 large embroidery patches saying stop don't touch. Making the rest of our stay to find stuff extremely difficult because I was on edge. Shelly you are old enough to know better and to know how to read. For a store that does dog training you should know not to distract any dog in training, let alone one who is for medical purposes. Stop sticking your face in dogs faces. Stop grabbing at their equipment, I've come across children who know better and have more Restraint.

I visited this Petco location because my usual Petco wasn't accepting grooming appointments, and I needed to get my large mixed-breed dog groomed. While I was happy with the outcome of her haircut, I did feel that the staff seemed overwhelmed or annoyed by her as I talked with them when I came to pick her up, which was surprising. I've never had this experience at my preferred Petco location, where she’s been groomed multiple times before. I’ve only heard positive things about how well she was behaved and loving she is. It’s worth mentioning that this location is extremely busy, which could have contributed to the stress both for my dog and the staff. While I appreciate the effort, I’m not sure I’d return to this location in the future. Fortunately, my usual location is now accepting grooming appointments again, so I’ll be going back there. Overall, the grooming was fine, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations based on previous visits at other locations.
