I bought a travel kennel to internationally travel accompanied by my dog and the kennel was airline approved to be in cargo. I spent a lot of time looking for it and I was glad found what I need here and the staff was welcoming. Great service!

Took my dog here for a bath today—not sure if they got shampoo in its eyes, but now it has irritation, excessive tearing, and can’t even open its eyes properly. Poor handling and lack of care! Had to treat my dog’s discomfort at home. Would not recommend—be careful trusting them with your pet!

They have had a hard time keeping their shopping carts for a long time. Now they have a bunch of new ones to use, but they have attached long poles to them to prevent them from leaving the store. If I could carry my items to my car I would be using a shopping basket to shop. Often the checkout line is long and it would be a great inconvenience to ask an employee to walk two 40 lb bags of cat litter from the shelf to the register to pay then to my car. In the past two years they have had a hard time keeping things in stock, and often things are temporarily stored in the aisle, making it harder to navigate. I’ve been shopping here for 8 years and I’m just fed up. Better stores nearby.

I was at the Santa Ana store buying something for my dog. When I paid at the register, I asked the young man if there was a code for the restroom. He said he would have someone open it for me. I went and waited patiently for a few minutes. A female employee walked by and I asked her if she had the key. She said no, the restrooms were closed. Odd I thought, but I started to walk towards the exit. Just then, the young man from the register ran up and unlocked the door. So the young lady had just flat out lied to my face. Why?

Probably had the worst experience at this place .. I came to drop Drop my dogs off for grooming and gave specific instructions that if my small puppy was too much to handle to contact me and I will pick her up I know it’s difficult to cut her hair They agree and within a couple hours later, my dog was botched and My oldest dog was cut on the neck. They had to pay for my dogs vet bill, and then recently in August my oldest dog had surgery on his mouth. Was told to sign a paper to let me know if something were to happen. They would call me to ask what I want to do. They proceeded to not call me again. And Did multiple procedures without my consent I can truly say to never bring my dog back up here again if I have to drive all the way to Lakewood I would
