Do not go here to get your dog groomed, they don’t treat people well and they don’t treat dogs well either. Read below for more details. I understand that they lost a groomer, but they canceled an appointment on me the night before it was supposed to happen, that I booked two months out. No offer of compensation, no offer to try and reschedule me in a different store, just the offer to reschedule, which I could do myself in the app. My last three appointments which I had scheduled for 8 AM were always late. I was always waiting for them to open up the doors around 20 minutes late. I was typically flagging down a cleaner to open the doors. Why would you have an 8 AM appointment, if you can’t be open at that time. And then I would get calls to pick up my dog at around 3 PM, one time as late as 5PM. I’ve been having her groomed for a long time and seven hours for a grooming is insane. Pretty sure she was just left somewhere sitting all day, because she’s a very sweet and mild mannered dog. Very happy to never be coming back here. I would advise you to do the same.

Our bernedoodle received a terrific haircut and everyone treated her wonderfully! We appreciate the care and attention they gave her during her grooming appointment. She looks great!

After reading some of the poorer reviews, I was prepared for disaster, but my online order for pickup went totally smoothly! Ordering was swift and simple (we shall see if Petco overwhelms me with ads going forward…), product was in stock, price was right, easy parking on a weekday afternoon, short in-store wait, and helpful cashier. I’m keeping this spot in mind for pet supplies that I don’t want to wait a few days for from non brick and mortar online stores.

I really do appreciate the attention and care, kindness and authenticity that I experience every time I visit. The staff here are premium humans. The food selections for my animal partners are also quality. My three doggies thrive when I shop here. I just want to say thank you, to everyone that is so very kind every time I come in.
