Love getting my ShiTzu groomed here. In the summer we opt for the shorter cut and winter we keep him long haired. They always get it right. Reasonable prices, friendly groomers and pet friendly environment. A win-win for pet lovers!!!

😇💃🐕For Starters I took My Baby To get GROOMED there, When it was time to pick Him Up We was Trying to make it to another appointment He was NOT SMELLING GOOD AT ALL, Didn't Smell like He was Washed at ALL His NAILS 💅 His NAILS wasn't CUT HIS Tail Was Mutilated ALL AROUND His Buttock On Up It,s MORE 😔I,m DONE 👍 Hope His Hair COMES BACK Right AGAIN 🤔 I Won't Let Them Give Me Her Again 😞😭 If I Ever Go Back.🥺 EVERY ONE There Is NOT The SAME As SHE DID HIM THERE So DON'T take it personal to Everyone there. It was ONLY HER THAT DAY I,m Speaking. One of The Other Workers Tried to FIX IT 😕 SHE DID Her BEST TO CLEAR IT UP and I Think 💬 Her For THAT. BUT He Needed to Be Checked For Other Services That She was Paid For To Do His Nails Sharp As Hell 😳

The groomers are absolutely amazing. My dog's looked fantastic. They did a great job. I love coming there 100 out of 100 from me. Keep us the excellent work

My family and I recently visited Petco and had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Kat. From the moment we walked in, she greeted is with a warm and friendly attitude, which immediately made me feel welcomed. Kat was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my pet's specific needs. She provided thoughtful recommendations and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. What stood out most was her genuine love for animals and her dedication to ensuring I found exactly what I needed. Her exceptional customer service made my experience at Petco truly enjoyable. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to select anything. I will never take my dog here to groomed again. The person that I checked Remi in with discussed that he would need to be cut low on his tail, body and chin due to matting however he would be able to keep the full face. They also stated that the groomer who would be grooming him would call me prior to starting in the event they have to charge more for his groom. Not only did they not call before they started, they cut him low all over and took no accountability. Liz the manager came out and lied to my face they I was advised about this before I dropped him off and I wasn’t. I noted on the contract before leaving him which areas we discussed cutting him low in on the contract. I have copies of that as well. Very disappointed!! We have been using this groomer for over a year now to be treated this way. I will never return.
