The location of this store is great,we were greeted with a Welcome in, and went back to the guinnea pig supplies. There was alot of fish,limited cats to adopt.There was an abundance of animals supplies.

I never write reviews but this Petco did the most horrendous grooming to my dogs last week. We asked for a tiny bit of a shorter haircut for each of them for summer. They came back completely shorn - the worst part is, the groomer took it upon themselves to shape their fur into POODLE CUTS. They are cavoodles and always have cute wavy/fluffy hair that is NEVER supposed to be shaped like that. It’s a crime honestly. IN ADDITION TO SHAVING THEM ENTIRELY. We obviously did not ask for anything remotely related to what they got and my dogs are so embarrassed and sad now because of how bad their haircuts are. I feel so bad for them and will never be taking them to Petco for grooming again. SAVE YOUR DOGS DON’T LET PETCO TOUCH THEM. Please look at the before and after pics and see for yourself

My doodle received excellent care during and after his neutering surgery. Loki is just like a child to me and I would trust them anytime with his care. The employees are always there with helpful suggestions for all his needs.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Would give 0 stars if I could. This store’s associates are blatantly disrespectful, they do not care about customers, shaved all of my dogs hair after having him for over 6 hours, the plan was to leave him fluffy and shave only half of his hair, they were lazy and shaved all of his fur without my permission stating he was matted, which he was not and after 6.5 hours, they were upset I called for an update on my dog, they didn’t complete the job and refuse to make it right. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Went to buy some Esbilac for my puppies and the store was charging almost $3 more per can than the Petco website. I asked and she said they could price match which is nice but shouldn't it be the same in store and online? It wasn't an online sale either. The pricing is just different. I dont like that business practice
