Petco

I was early for my appointment but they took my little girl in. Priscilla always feels fabulous when she goes for her doggy spa day and she comes home looking and smelling great. They know she has anxiety when I leave her so they take extra good care with her. I would recommend Petco groomers to everyone. And they are reasonably priced.

Brought my pup in to for a bath, nails, and a couple of extras, total amount over 60. They said 4 hours, theybwill call. I waited, no call. Went down, they said Ruby forgot to call. She didn't take the time to fill me in on how my pup did, ( being her first time) Not sure nails were done, still long. Maybe, a suggestion, for first time, the groomer take the time to go over how the pup did, and/or any suggestions.

I scheduled a pet grooming appointment at 2:30 pm today.  When I arrived for my appointment Stockton #01319 the stylist Bre told me that because I booked late in in the day she probably wouldn’t  be able to finish my dog and did I want to reschedule.   I told her no.  At 4:32 she sent me a text message saying she couldn’t finish his feet and would I like to finish sometime this week.  I said no, I wanted him finished today. (See copy of text message).  I got no response so I called and no one answered the phone.  I called headquarters to lodge a complaint and the rep said they would call right now to leave a message for the manager to call me back.  No one called.  At 6:30 I received a message from the lead person or grooming manager stating my dog was ready to be picked up.  I asked if he was completely groomed and she said I think his paws were not done.  I said did you receive a message from corporate about my complaint and she said no, it will probably go the managers voice mail.  I explained my dilemma and she said she could give me a 20% discount.  I said I’ll come get my dog.  When I received him his paws were not done, his face was not washed, and he had shaved patches on his coat.   I am completely upset with this Petco location and I will not be doing business with Petco in the future.

I saw this machine and decided to let the cashier know I wanted it. When he brought it up to the register it was ringing up at over $99. Wondering why it was misplaced if it’s locked up. I was very disappointed

I've been going to Petco for a couple of years, in all that time the staff has always been very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend them for all your pets needs.
