Hello, I've been bringing "Coco" to your location since he was born and have been a loyal customer for 12 years. He started as a newborn and is now a senior dog. However, the level of disrespect I experienced on Thursday, February 28th was completely unacceptable. I walked in to ask if there were any available grooming appointments because I saw three open slots online. It wasn’t even an hour before those time slots, and they were still showing as available. A woman with curly hair at the front desk told me they didn’t have time to groom my 19lb Yorkshire Terrier, claiming it would take 3-4 hours. I accepted that response without argument and left. However, when I checked online again, I still saw three open appointments—so I booked one and received a confirmation. Suddenly, my appointment was canceled. To test their honesty, I called as a different customer and was told they were accepting grooming appointments—proving that I was intentionally lied to and turned away. Who exactly are these employees representing? And why would I trust my dog’s safety with people willing to blatantly lie? This experience makes me question whether your staff would be honest about something more serious, like an injury. I understand if you're fully booked, but showing available appointments online while refusing service in person is misleading and dishonest. If there truly wasn’t availability, why were the slots still open? Because of this, I will never return. If I can’t trust you to be truthful about scheduling, I certainly can’t trust you with my dog’s well-being. I refuse to put Coco at risk. Congratulations, Petco—you’ve lost me as a customer for good. I had a great time the other day at Petco with buy two birds and equipment. I haven't owned birds before, but the guy who sold them to me owned seven birds. He was obviously knowledgeable, and he gave me a 15% discount at the checkout. I was very pleased with the customer service and the pricing.

I took my girl to get groomed today and the groomer Melanie delivered and did everything I asked for! Melanie was very sweet, and nurturing to my dog and my wants and needs. I highly recommend her and will be using her for grooming services from now on.

One of the employees was very helpful, she introduced herself but I forgot her name. She had her hair tied back, wore glasses, and had kind of long brown hair. She helped me find everything I was looking for and went out of her way to help me out even when she was in the middle of stocking plus when she didn’t have the answer to any of my questions she would go and find out for me, great employee, great vibes. She definitely deserves a raise and to be treated like an important asset to the company because now a days customer service like she provided is hard to find.

I went in the store to purchase a betta fish and I was shocked at the condition I found them in. I found 3 dead fish, that had very visibly been dead for some time, along with almost all of the rest of them looking very sick and unhealthy. A lot of them had water that was almost brown. I found an employee and told him about it, and he said “it’s because they are living in these little cups”. The water was filthy, a lot of them were laying on their sides. And he said “well they sleep on their side”. I just felt like he was making excuses rather than owning up to the fact that they neglected these poor animals. And he proceeded to take the dead fish to the back and leave the others as if they were fine. I had gone and looked at the fish the week prior, and all of those fish there were the exact same ones I saw in the store that day, and it didn’t look like they had been touched since I was there the week before. I certainly hope this isn’t a standard for all Petco stores..
