This is my preferred location. Naomi is a passionate human that will always help if she can and it's nice to encounter. She is patient and wants you to get the best deal possible. Always appreciate an employee who doesn't make me feel like im an annoying lol.

Good pet products. However, they coulfnt groom my 5 month old puppy. I.had to go gey him and paid $46.00 for a bath. I.can bathe him myself. Grooming would have cost $63.00. So, just to make money off me they bathed him for $46.00, I was really pissed.

Naomi is amazing and literally took time out of the day to help us get the credits that were on our account after seeing 6 in petco’s system and only 3 in mine. Got my credits re-instated and got my pet food for only $1. literally the best customer service i’ve ever received.

The whole time we were in there they stared at us like we were gonna steal. I payed for my items and it’s like they were surprised that I got money. Don’t recommend for black customers go somewhere else. Also the cages for the birds are way too small. I felt so sad for them and their food stuffed to the brim and bird poop every where. I feel so bad for those birds I hope whoever adopts them gives them better lives than this store. It’s horrible don’t go especially if black or mixed with color they will follow u around the store and act like they working . I’m never coming back

Purchased a Easy Walk Front Lead last night and it couldn’t even last for one walk. The threading started to break at the start of our walk and then finally did DURING the walk! I didn’t get a receipt so they won’t take it back. That’s on me. This is not a rating on the store or employees but more so on the brand who makes the Collar. 10/10 do not recommend!
