They made my dog look crazy. I came in for a full groom, and we agreed on a cocker spaniel cut. The way she came out looking was as someone who had never attempted to groom a dog would try it for the first time. They just shaved the top of my dogs fur in a straight line and left rest long. Did not fade the two lengths, nothing. I’ve never groomed a dog but I’m pretty sure I could do better after watching few YouTube videos. It seems as they did not even try. There is no way someone looked at the cut and said yes this looks good. The cockers spaniel cut was executed awfully

They have a larger selection of bettas than the other pet shops I've visited in the area. The cashiers are helpful and try to help you save money. I like saving money although my child still chose one of thee most expensive bettas available. He's six so he picks everything based on color. But there were plenty in the sale price that were pretty and very alive. Also it smells nice at this location, surprisingly it didn't smell like pets.

I took my 9 month old Yorkie for his first hair cut. He is an extremely hyper pup and I was a little worried about how he would do. Emily was our stylist and greeted us at the counter with a smile. She was very nice and put my mind at ease right away. She was patient and kind and exceeded my expectations of customer service. She did a fantastic job on my fur baby and gave exactly what I asked for despite my challenging pup. He looked amazing. I’m very happy and will definitely be back.

Allison is great! She helps me every time I come into the store! She deserves a raise and promotion. I would recommend this place to family and friends based on her interactions alone.

Got my snail and catfish I love it it’s so soothing and relaxing to me plus I ordered wireless thermometer and filter it makes it so much easier less cords
