Don't bring your pets to this Doggie selfie wash. PETCO location ALDINE 10245 N FWY 150, HOUSTON, TX. The bath area is disgusting, full of hair all over the floor, cockroaches, bathtub dirty and moldy. It shows that they haven't cleaned that area in a long time. We informed Cesar the manager of this situation and he didn't even do anything about it. He just made excuses for being so dirty and without any maintenance.

Called on a Friday morning and was seen within hours. The vet takes his time to explain and is genuinely interested in your pet. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. Even helpful to enroll in program that would provide discounts.

GIVE DAISY A RAISE!! They are usually the worst in the grooming department especially the manager, I stopped going because I caught her pinching my dogs ear, my dogs cut was mangled, and shes so rude. But I was recently given a dog who had points on her account for 20% off her appointment. So I took her, DAISY was amazing, but unfortunately I will not be back.

Went there 2/16/25 at 3:30 pm and had the most horrible experience that had All my kids crying. The girl Melanie behind the counter was very rude, dismissive and racist. She denied my kids on buying a fish for no reason. After explaining to her which I shouldn’t have to that I had everything I needed for the fishes she still was very dismissive. She should definitely not be working at a family store like this. I will be looking into this more trust me.

The manager of this store did not want to change a fluval filter for me. I have only had it for 14 days and I have each of the parts and even the paperwork in order. The box is well kept. He said that because it is used he cannot change it, but the store policy says otherwise. I have sent emails to consumer rights and I hope for a response, as this was today, March 5th.2025 They were rude to me and I'm a big customer of this place for years but now I'm buying from amazon or other pet stores except petco
