The prices were actually pretty decent, and they have a great variety to toys, trimmers, and training collars for dogs. Very enjoyable too look around at the hopefully soon to be adopted cats. Hamsters, mice, lizards, birds, and fish are always fun to look at. Thinking of purchasing a small fish tank in the future. They had some sales and recent email coupon for $25 of a $75 purchase on a single item if you are always Petco member (free).

I love and appreciate this place, not only because I was assisted in what I needed and was taken care of with confidence especially since I had two dogs and one who was a bit too active, Ben was calm and patient with us. As well as every other worker their that day. Especially one female who understood and was kind, did not give chicken to my dog, who was allergic. We make this our go-to place even if it is not close to my home, which we'll do so for the caring and great customer service.

You have a hidden gem there and her name is Star. My job involves looking for the good, productive, alert, higher potential working people - that is what you have in Star. She is Managerial material. During and after she helped me, i noticed she worked circles around every associate that was in the store the that day. She is an asset to the Company and it would be to your disadvantage to lose her. I look forward to having her expert assist next time I am in the store. Thank you.

I told the lady I came for a harness that was $35 online she said that was only for small size so i paid full price. I checked online when I got home she had lied. I went to return it and she said she can prize match. Why did she lie in the first place and say it wasnt $35 or why didnt she prize match the first time i told her! Terrible service she is the big light skin lady!

This place always sucks. Maybe they dont pay employees enough, walked around for 30 min, had 3 employees walk by me and no " hello" or even " can I help you find something?" Petsmart in fullerton had better customer service .
