The best second thing I can say about petco, is that there's an alternative to.Him, it's called pets part man, and I can't recommend it enough like they don't take care of their animals, right? They overcharge, I mean, seriously, they don't take care of their animals right? And I just decide to say, but I put the pictures to show you like, I mean, I got rid tiles. My favorite ties, my whole life dogs. Cats extremely black stuff y'all probably wouldn't even recognize Name of just plus pick. It was like twice the price of past morning.I don't get it

Wish I had read the reviews before taking our maltipoo. This was her first “professional” grooming she has ever had and it was the worst experience. They told my husband that she had matting all to charge more and shave all her hair off. I read an offer stating that she would get a scarf for the winter. No scarf. I will not be bringing her here again.

Went in to purchase a gate for the dog. Found a good deal so we decided to buy 2. Went to the check out and stated it’s $30 more each than what the price stated. Mark the GM went back and noticed they were in the wrong spot. A great deal turned out to be false advertisement. Instead of honoring it due to the mistake of the store the general manager decided to just stood there giving no care In the world. Not my store and not my job to insure all items are placed in correct locations. How are things misplaced right when you just open? Sounds like we got folks that doesn’t know how to keep the store accurate or how to take care of situations like this. Looks like we gotta all read labels to make sure it’s accurate what you are buying moving forward. Definitely ridiculous…..

I took my dog to get a nail trim. I had to stand there and wait till they checked in 3 people that came in behind me and one checked out. Jaycee was rude and Jason wouldn't make eye contact. Then she complained about my dog even tho Jason had done her before and never had a problem. Then I paid and I noticed there was .99 chg for material?? Then the cashier added a $2.00 for a donation that I didn't Authorize. I called up there to ask about it and talked to Mark I think he said..he said he was the Mgr. He sounded 15 yrs old & had the professionalism of a 12 yr old. He was saying yep and could care less about my questions. It was like talking to the stock boy as much as he cared about his customer! Been going there for years but i WILL NEVER GO BACK! There is no call for anyone working with customers to be that rude and care less attitude. Especially jaycee & the so called manager
