Ever since I found my dog strayed and malnourished I have been coming here For the past two months and I just love the energy. The manager is really nice and so are the workers. I have huge compliments for three workers because they’re always eager to help and you can tell they want what is best for you.thank you to Malvevis,Michelle, and amaris For helping me and Laika with our health journey

The most upscale Petco in the universe. Wasn't sure from the outside if it was a Petco or some sort of private salon that just provided grooming. Figured let's see what's inside. Totally cool and well stocked. Had trouble finding a specific Purina cat food at other pet stores (went to 5 different pet stores) and Googled this one. Glad I did. Not only did they have the cat food I was looking for, but they had tons of other stuff that was the proverbial cat's pajamas. Like no other pet store I've ever gone to. Definitely check it out if you are nearby. Staff is super nice as well.

"We arrived 15 minutes early and there was a tall girl with a bad attitude. She told us we had to wait. When we asked if my son could use the restroom, she replied that the restroom was only for employees. This seemed unfair to us, since we had traveled from the Bronx and they should have a restroom available for customers." "The restroom wasn't for us, but for our 7-year-old son. We regularly visit this pet store, and until now, they've always allowed our son to use the restroom. It was an unpleasant surprise that they denied us access this time."

Great store for fish and dogs. Wide variety for many pets also. I went to buy some neon Terra for my Betta fish. I was helped by a lovely young lady called Tiffany. Very knowledgable on fish. They didn’t have any neons but she suggested some shrimp as an alternative and bonus it was 4 for 3. A week later and they’re thriving in both tanks. She helped me with the filter replacements. I couldn’t remembrance the brand name (Aqueon be Imagitarium). Tiffany showed me what they had and reminded me - as if taken a video of my tank. She figured it out and reminded me of the stores return policy. It was the correct one. No pressure selling. I also bought a pretty female Betta Tiffany helped chose - all within the 25 minutes left before closing. And reminded me fish in bags need oxygen in 2 hrs. Which was helpful as I just opened the bag the Ghost shrimp came in. Store is always tidy with staff on hand.
