They sat there and used derogatory remarks towards me and when I finally said something he decided to go off more. Beware of this employee. Customer service in this store is not great. I got a prescription handled for special diet for my cat and the card was created with an expiration date that was actually before the date that it was created. I was then strongly warned by the person checking me out that I needed to get that fixed or else I couldn’t purchase a the food anymore. I pointed out to him that the create date was before the expiration date but he didn’t care. No apologies, he acted like I did something wrong. When I went into the vets office at this Petco to get it fixed, same attitude, no apologies for the clerical error. I can totally accept that error happen, but the attitude I got as though it was my fault was not acceptable. I will be avoiding going into this store in the future.

Great helpful and friendly staff. Returns are usually super easy. I purchased a window perch for my cat. He couldn't wait until I opened it...He loves it!!

We love the Lakewood, CA Petco grooming department. Alexandra is our favorite groomer. Our dog Snowflake loves her. Alexandra does an awesome job grooming Snowflake. Alex is very professional, kind, and patient. They have many good professionally skilled groomers at this location, Alexandra just happens to be our favorite.
