The groomer assigned to my girl was VERY unprofessional. While holding her, right after I kissed her and told her to “Be good for Mike” he asked another staff “ Do you want Do her because I don’t”. Shocked I asked if I heard him correctly. He just looked at me. Concerned for my baby’s safety I made him give her back to me! I asked to speak to the manager who was grooming another dog at that time. I waited and explained. She said there really wasn’t anything she could do because he had already put his notice in and wouldn’t be there much longer. However, he felt my “questioning the form was off putting”. I shared that No matter what he felt, that behavior was unacceptable….more so because it was done right in front of me! She offered to groom my girl herself and I agreed so long as Mike didn’t touch her! I was so uneasy that I stayed in my car outside for the first hour ( called corporate) and walked the store for the second. We will NOT be returning!! Until today, I had never had an issue but if I can’t drop her off and feel comfortable, we’re not going. And if their staff isn’t held accountable for their actions, I’m sure we won’t be the last ones to leave.

Upon walking in, I the store neat and orderly and the grooming area busy with customers. The store is well stocked and Items are easy to find. The overall atmosphere of the store is cozy, but with a low energy vibe.

Jeff (employee) was very unprofessional , as I came here to proceed an look at the fish and animals with my spouse—no one touched the glass when he proceeded to drop the customer he was helping to rush over and make sure I “didn’t ” touch the glass—with a very derogatory demeanor. I am a shift lead at the PSP pet store on concord pike. I think I would know better😢—very dissatisfied!

Your prices are higher than others, took me a while to find help to getting an item i could not reach. I purchased a 30/40gallon under tank heater regular price at Petsmart for $33.00 i needed2 so I came to Petco and your regular price was $50. No price match i couldn't open my app or even sign onto your site to pull up 20% discount and the manager was on register and pretty much made me feel like I was an idiot. Biggest thing is not matching price on identical items. I dont think I'll be returning to Petco after that experience
