The food is not what it used to be. Quality has really gone down. Server was very pleasant and attentive though. Unfortunately, I'll be going elsewhere for breakfast in the future.

I love shopping at petco. The customer service is a 10/10 rate the guy that's at the pet zone where the birds and guinea pigs are at with the blue eyes and beard. (I forget his name all the time) he is excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. Always giving me tips in how yo care for my pets and suggesting the best products for my pets care. Always love to see him and talk about how my pets are doing.

Never had a bad experience here until today. I booked and confirmed a grooming appointment for my dog, and no one bothered to call or communicate in some way that none of the groomers showed up because of "inclemet weather." There was no sign on the door that the grooming was closed, and 2 other employees saw me standing inside the grooming area and didn't ask if I needed assistance with anything. I called, and a girl picked up and was basically like, "Oh... that sucks for you. The lowest level of professionalism and "this isn't my problem " attitude I've ever experienced.

After cancelling 2 appointments for my dog to be groomed (one only 15 minutes prior to appointment!) I had decided to give them one more chance yesterday…big mistake. The groomer claimed my dog was too matted for her to groom and refused to take her in. I explained she wouldn’t be this bad had they not canceled the two previously scheduled appointments, and her matting was all the more reason why she needed to be done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY DOG THERE! #3StrikesAndImOut
