I love shopping here! We just got our Yorkie groomed here with Jesse and I hope my review is shared with her because she is amazing and is the reason why I will continue to bring my girls here. Her compassion, customer service, and quality of grooming was incredible. Cannot recommend Jesse enough!

Took my working Pyr to Petco to be groomed. He was a hot mess. Covered in grass burrs and dirt from working outside. He is not a fan of being groomed especially does not like being brushed or nails clipped which is essential for the rear double dew claws on a Pyr. The Petco groom was AMAZING! She took her time with him. Earned his trust and was able to bathe, blow, brush, trim, shave (hygienic for cleanliness around the booty) and trim/buff nails! Cotton Gin looks shiny sparkly clean! Not one burr or mat anywhere on him! No yellow undercarriage stains (if you know what I mean around his male transmission). I anticipated costs to be really HIGH because of the amount of effort needed to get this working dog so clean... I was wrong! $130. That was it! We pay almost $70 for a toy breed dog to be groomed and clipped! There is no doubt I will be bringing my dog Cotton Gin back for grooming! He looks like a rockstar now!

The groomers did a great job with Riley’s Grooming, Although the Price was originally $77 we went to pick him up it went to $95 with a tip. But for a once in a while grooming I think it’s worth it. I can definitely see there is great quality & love put into his grooming. My little guy is so happy & he says keep up the great work. Ruff Ruff🐶🐾♥️

WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS. never to impressed with this location but I’m very disappointed lately. This is the third time I’ve noticed that if I declined the donation Option they still charge it. Don’t get me wrong sometimes I will donate but not every time. Yet again though I was charged a donation. I went in and addressed this and was mocked and they attempted to convince me that the total was incorrect. Once I pulled out my calculator to show them; before I even could they told me that it was their mistake. Then Alyssa proceeded to state in a mockingly fashion “every two dollars counts” I understand that it is a small amount but now this is a principal issue. If I do not consent , do not charge me. This is the third time that I’ve noticed and finally decided to say something. who knows how many times this happened before now.
