Been coming here for three years with zero issues until today. PETCO Vet Clinic is the worst. I have used them before multiple times and this incidence with the vet tech will make me think twice using them. The Vet tech was rude, vague and rushed me. They did not fulfill their services. I requested a certain package and only received dewormer and a blood test. The tech then told me to wait 10 minutes and walk around the store for the test results. When I came back 15 minutes later, there was a very long line waiting to check in and waiting to see the vet. I get it. Its busy but why should I wait in line for an additional 45 minutes for a minor blood test result. They also did not give me a bill at this point. I walked right up to the vet tech and demanded my bill since they were making me wait so long which was not needed. The bill was $136 for DEWORMER and a blood test. I was supposed to get four other vaccines but only got dewormer. No shots. Nothing. I also never got my test results. I was refused my results because I was not waiting an hour in line. Went to the front to pay my bill and I was hot. I was so mad that I got robbed. Nicely asked for a manager and told them I would not pay the full amount for a service that was not fulfilled. Manager went and spoke to Vet Tech and the Vet tech LIED regarding vaccines. I told them that at this point, I was being robbed. I paid my bill and just left. Beware of these people. Groomers are awesome though.

I was greeted at the door, and given direction to the litter I needed. Luke was totally helpful bringing the heavy bags to the counter for me. He also had me bring my truck to the front door to load my heavy purchases for me.

Scheduled an apt for trimming my dogs nails. We usually go to the Goodyear location which is night and day in cleanliness! The lady who did my dogs nails was polite and did an ok job. The pictures speak a thousand words!! Also the prices are way too high for the quality of products. I choose to not buy anything because I can get the same for way cheaper elsewhere. That and it's gross in here.

Very annoying and irritating to be paying for Vital Care Premium only for Petco groomers to constantly turn me away for a WALK-IN APPOINTMENT and a quick TEETH BRUSHING AND NAIL TRIMMING. Should not take any time at all. What am I paying for if your groomers just keep turning me down? 10-30-24 at 10:50am in groomers salon. 0/10 do better.
