We had our dog, goldendoodle, groomed by Keith today. Our first time here and we will be back and request Keith. He was recommended and did a fabulous job. He listened and followed thru with our requests and our dog was so mellow on the way home. She looks great and we r happy to have a new groomer we will always request him due to his talent and expertise. 😎👍

Haydee was super helpful and very nice! It’s hard to come by good customer service at times and she helped me find what I needed, even walked me over to the area. I had purchased a harness I seen was on sale online, however, at check out I completely forgot to ask for a price match. I left walked back in the store for help on the price match, she was very understanding, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or silly, and respectfully let me know to mention it at check out since it doesn’t automatically apply for in person purchases. She reimbursed me & sent me on my way, super sweet & helpful! Thank you for making me feel comfortable & your help today, Haydee! ◡̈

Ok I usually shop this storm for both Koi and saltwater marine fish for many many years. For last few years till now the quality and quantity of stock fish they have had declined and most of the time nothing at all. There were only 4 store here in the Coachella Valley and only two that carry Saltwater fish which is the Indio and Palm Springs store. I don’t understand is why have a saltwater tanks but no fish to buy it and most of the time the tank is very dirty and every time I see it I’d like to call the city for neglect due to tanks being so dirty. Please carry a load of selections of saltwater fish for us marine enthusiasts or just stop carrying at all so we stop going there and be disappointed. The old store manager there few years back is very good on keeping it stock and I can also special order sometimes on what I want, but now who ever is there suck and I was wondering if they are proud of their store looking like that or even the company CO would be proud to have a store looking like that. If this store doesn’t improve I might have to call the city for animal cruelty and stop shopping there at all! Please take care the animals and get more selections or just be in stock at least!

Would not groom my pup because I gave her prescription for anti anxiety. She has been groomed there multiple times befor. With no incident. She is not aggressive and has been great at grooming. It’s horrible they want help her!

We use to give this location a 2 star. But they have new staff and Tiffany is AMAZING!!! She has great customer service, she talks to her employeIes with respect as well as customers. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right product for our pets. This location has done a 360 we went from never coming here to this is being our place to buy everything!! Thank you Tiffany and the entire staff for doing an amazing job!!!
