This location is so cute! I have not had any issues finding what we need and are usually in and out pretty fast. It is a very clean, well stocked store, and the associates have always been pleasant to interact with. There is one entrance, so make sure you pay attention when you are coming in off of the main road.

Wasn’t very pleased with my first visit as I was checking out a nice lady was buying a fish and the associate was already asking “what type of tank do you have” trying to be rude and inconsiderate and questioning her as if they were not going to let her buy the small fish. Which if that is the case then you shouldn’t be selling them in those small containers that fish stay in for months and be so judgmental about the fish’s home life. A few minutes later we went to go look at ferrets and the same associate said you cannot hold the ferrets due to “them getting diseases from humans” which if that is the case then anyone shouldn’t be able to buy them “since any human they go home with could have a disease like the associate said” because that’s just not that works unfortunately!! Pick up (and discount coupon for pickup) went very well! I am pleased with the kindness of your associates and the speed at which order was ready. However, I find Petco's website a bit difficult to navigate for pickup. I would place items in my cart that were listed "available for pickup" until they got in my cart. It's just frustrating because I couldn't tell (at first) if it was low stock (need to adjust my quantity) or remove it entirely. A memo would appear that the item in my cart was not available. I adjusted quantity and the memo disappeared. I found it frustrating. Just thought you should know! It would not prevent me from trying service again, but it might others.

Outstanding friendly and helpful employees. The dog bathing area was very clean and tidy also for the price they Supply the shampoo and conditioner and towels and a blow dryer when you are done. They clean the mess up I try not to make them but that they tell me leave it they will clean it up. Thank you so much Petco
