I bought a hermit crab from here almost a year ago and he’s still doing great! The staff is great and very helpful as well. I wish they would get more big hermit crabs so my Hermes can have a friend. Also, their beta fish selection is beautiful!

Incredibly knowledgeable fish staff. Learned a bit more than I wanted to know about Betas (ha!). It's kind of crazy how much all the fish staff here know about fish. You never go into Walmart and find people who know anywhere near this much about their department - save the pharmacist. Hopefully they are well compensated for their vast knowledge. I kind of wish she would have been able to tone down the college level dissertation to a more beginner level primer, but more is better than less!

Supervisor Travis is rude and prejudice. Should not be working with customer service with such an uncaring , no type of empathy for anyone and did not help to try and solve problem at all. I offered positive solutions that would’ve been beneficial to both of us and he just kept denying me returning a pump that I did not need. Not once did I ask for money. In fact, I said I would purchase my dogs items I needed. Travis is very rude and unapproachable. maybe he’s just having a bad day but so am I now. The cashier Sonoma I believe is her name was very helpful and had tons of empathy. She’s a very good asset to your company. Please recognize her for her good customer service skills. Carmen Quintana

i got an australian green tree frog and i named him bob, the lady that was working with me was very kind and the animals seem healthy. he was very stressed i. his little cup so he was brown but once he got in the tank he brightened up

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. The clueless grooming staff have no idea how to handle dogs! Instead of approaching the dog calmly and trying to reassure it, they just jump straight to slapping a collar on and dragging it off. I get that they’re new hires, but they desperately need better training—and so does the incompetent manager in charge!
