I took my two Lhasapoo in for bath and trim. In January 2025 at Spring Hill Petco. Lily and Sweet Pea. I am going to share the before and after pictures. Sweet Pea was groomed correctly for bred. Lily was shaved, leaving no top notch no face hair. I am very disappointed in the services. I was required to pay and asked for a tip for groomer before even seeing my dogs.$192.00 Pictures speak more than words! Before and after 💔💔💔 How does a professional dog groomer not a bred style? How can two dogs come out with a huge difference? I will never use Petco Spring Hill as a groomer again 😞

I scheduled my puppy for grooming, her first time was with Mary who was amazing. She was kind, yet firm when my puppy needed redirection. She offered great customer service and I was sure to reschedule and refer others to this location. During my second visit, Vicky was the groomer. She filled in for a sick employee who had to leave work. Vicky was anxious, overwhelmed and vocal about her struggle with my puppy. She complained that her coworker left early, and was vocal about how long it took her to groom my 9 month old puppy. I understand there was matting, as her hair was growing during the winter, but Mary handled her first grooming with ease and didn’t scold me as the owner for upkeep. I scheduled the same services under both visits but was charged almost double the price under Vicky, who admitted to cutting my puppy with her clippers. I understand we all have bad days, I’m also not one for confrontation so I paid in full and left. My puppy will need another appointment soon, but I think I will take her elsewhere to avoid the possibility of being overpriced by Petco to be chastised, judged and having my dog cut by Vicky who cannot control her emotions and frustrations at work.

Customer service was great, and all three of my new little family members are happy and seem to be thriving in their new home! (Bought fish and supplies here, tank elsewhere.) Thanks, Petco!

Great employees are eager to help you , they are friendly always well stocked I gave them a 4 star believe their training and programs are a little too expensive. Some of us don’t have money like that to throw away with our dogs and socializing with other dogs. They deserve that cost more. For one day at your dog camp then he does at a daycare for your child but other than that, I love them

This store always has a nice selection of fish here. Brian who works in the fish dept. is awesome! He knows a lot about the different types of fish, knows what to recommend for your tank, and always picks the best and healthiest of the bunch for you. I always seek him out when I’m looking to add fish to my tank and would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy fish. Thanks so much Brian!! My fish are happy and healthy!!!
