Petco

Oh, what a delightful experience I had at this store today! I decided to purchase some dry dog food online from petco.com bright and early at 7:45 am for later pick up. Of course, being the punctual person that I am, I arrived at the store at 10:30 am, well after it opened at 9:00 am. To my surprise, the brilliant salesperson Taylor informed me that my purchase was not ready because, shockingly, there was no one available to bring it to the checkout. How absurd of me to expect such a simple task to be completed! Taylor then suggested that I pick up the product from the counter myself and then return to the checkout to pay. What a novel idea! So, I followed their instructions like a good little customer. At the checkout, they decided to cancel my online order and charge my card again for the product, graciously issuing a refund for the initial online purchase. How thoughtful of them! All of this could have been avoided if the staff had simply taken my online purchase from the counter and properly registered it as collected. But hey, who needs efficiency and common sense when you can have such a riveting show instead?

Petco is always a go to store and moderately priced. Quality products and fully stocked shelves. They keep the store very clean and organized. The Staff is helpful but she wanted to disappear when I Started asking questions about the product I was interested in buying. She didn't want to relaberate on any of my questions. Overall Petco is a great place to shop for all your pet supplies.

Went into Santa Clarita, CA store to get a shampoo for my dog. This is why Amazon is winning. Take a look at the condition of your store's shelves. And when I asked the associates standing behind the cash register if that's everything? Thinking that maybe the isle was being moved or reorganized, product in the process of being received and it's sitting in the back, she didn't even come out to see what I was referring to or help me maybe with alternative options. She simply said, "yeah?" and yes with the question mark, as if what else would I expect.

You all lucked out with Lupe! He goes well beyond helpful and his advice is always right on target for what my cichlid aquarium needed! Always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Great job Lupe! 👍🏻👍🏻

Came by today and got help from Lupe, he was extremely knowledgeable about aquariums and took the time to find some fish that were hidden in the tank for me. Definitely one of the best Petco experiences I have ever had because of him! Thanks Lupe!
