Petco

The staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was setting up a new aquarium and they made sure everything was stable and the fish I chose would live in harmony. Working retail these days in SF is not for the faint of heart, and they are lovely.

They have so many different types of treats. Way more than I could have imagined existed. I don’t have a pet but I needed a treat and a toy for a very, very special dog and they had just the thing. Parking is good too.

I wish I could have not even give this one star to there grooming department I recently took my dog to Petco for a grooming session, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I specifically asked for a trim, but they ended up cutting my dog's hair way too short. When I was dropping my dog the lady checked his body and verified there is no matting and that they are able to just trim. It was not what I requested at all, and my poor dog looks uncomfortable and depressed now. Even they cut his hair unevenly, some parts are longer some parts super short that I can see his pink skin. I expected better attention to detail and communication from a professional grooming service. I will not be returning to Petco for grooming services in the future."

Another phenomenal grooming done by Tiffany today on my miniature poodle! The best part is her consistency. Three visits so far, and a picture-perfect haircut each time. She’s amazing!!!!! Thank goodness I found her!!!!

Don’t use grooming services. They gave my dog a haircut that makes her look sickly and the cuts are uneven and there are clumps of hair near her neck when I brushed her out so there was no matting before I dropped her off. First four pictures are what they did to her and the last two are what she normally looks like for comparison. I also dropped her off at her 12:30 appointment and then they weren’t finished until 5:20. What are they doing back there?
