Petco

March 17, 2025, time of the incident was around 3:30pm to 4pm When I called for a product, Natalie and Irene were on the floor. One answered and looked in the aisles, as I requested to get help. Afterwards, she gave me an attitude and didn't want to help me further. She said, "I went to the aisles. I don't know what you want me to do!" When, I specifically asked her 3 times to please check on the system for my product. I know she didn't have clients, and didn't want to help me because she said so. She said, "The register is in the front and I am on the aisles. I don't know what you want me to do!" Speaking with an annoyed tone in her voice and taking large pause to avoid of doing anything else. Then, I asked to speak to the store's manager. She kept on hanging up the phone and denied to tell me her personal name at least 6 more times. Then, pretended to be the store's manager by telling me she was the manager and hanged up again. I was trying to avoid driving to all the petco's nearby to get my pet's product; never knowing I was going to be treated this way. I drove to that petco, and arrived to the store. I asked the cashier to let me speak to her manager and told her that she was the one who kept on hanging up. Nathalie didn't deny it. I told the manager about her employee, that she ended up telling me her name right before she hang up after I asked for the store's manager. Therefore, I thought it was Nathalie not Emily. The real manager Irene was able to try to help me with my pet's needs, yet it was a totally uncalled experience with the employee. I never have been in a facility where other employees pretend to be managers. It was an extremely, unpleasant, confusing experience.

Groomers here do not want to work. First & last time booking grooming here, brought in my dog for a simple bath, waited 10 minutes, since they don't allow more than one person in their office at a time, only to be told they couldn't take my dog due to large size? To even book you have to input your dog's size so how can that be?? I would have appreciated a text or call before I wasted my time and gas. Never coming back to this Petco & their unorganized groomers.

Pre-ordered on-line a 20 gallon aquarium on a Saturday afternoon and picked it up. It was a very easy transition, The area was totally packed with traffic and the store had a long line but they had 3 cashiers doing a great job! Waited about 5 minutes and was out the door.

I had to go in after placing an app order that was canceled supposedly because the items I wanted were out of stock. I was shocked to walk in and find that the items were in stock except for one. I will be filling a complaint with the better business burea.

I took my kitty for his shots. Got the best shit plan. I'm not sure if I was suppose to be alerted when any abnormalities were found but wasn't. I took my paperwork home and after looking at it l Iong enough notice how it didn't state normal in all categories
