I cope with the fact that that I shelled out a substantial amount of money to a greedy, unhealthy, selfish business/Industry to resuce my now dog. He is slowly becoming happier than the day I met him, but he still struggles with regular dog things. I attribute these behavioral issues to spending the first two years of his life locked up. He may never be a normal dog who likes walks, treats and toys - but at least he's happy in a loving home now.

We bought our cat from there in October of 2009 when she was just 4 months old - She was the only kitten in the litter of many that came up to put her paws up to the window inside the cage as we stood from outside this Pet shop and looked in - We adopter 'Princess' the next day - Over the years this cat was more than a 'Pet',she was a Daughter to us and was beyond loved by me and my wife and was the perfect addition for us. We will forever thank you for being the place where we found our beloved 'Princess' who passed away late May of 2023 as she was 1 day from her 14th birthday...Thank you so much for having her, We miss her so bad and cry everyday without her but glad we stopped and looked in that outside window that morning that made our lives incredibly happy for near 14 years of joy...Keep on doing what you do :)

Customer service was awful, brunette hair lady was very rude, all me and my friend wanted to look at the animals because we were interested and the lady was super rude with her responses, never going back again , she ruined our pet store experience! She should be fired. She is super grumpy for no reason, me and my friend were super exited to look at cats/dogs and hopefully adopt one that day, but that lady was super ignorant! She had a bun and red blush. She should be nicer to customers, is she doesn’t wanna loose business

The owner is wonderful she remembers people. She cut my moms dogs nails and when I got a pup did his too. She had a perfect pup for me when mine died and sent pictures, unfortunately timing was wrong but she’s is not trying to make a sale but to give these perfect babies a good home

I, FEEL FOR THIS YOUNG LADY VERY MUCH.. I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE WHEN YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR DOG/OR CAT TO SLEEP.. WORSE OFF! WHEN MY CAT, KEEFLYN WAS WITH ME FOR A GOOD 12 YRS. AND MY DOG, MITZIE WAS WITH ME FOR 13 YRS! HEARTBREAKING! I CAN ASSURE WHOEVER SHOULD READ MY FEEDBACK... THAT... I AM NOT.. NOR HAVE EVER BEEN AN EMPLOYEE., FOR, "PET WONDERLAND".. I CAN SAY THAT MY VISIT THERE WAS TRULY TOUCHING... I SAW NOTHING BUT GENUINE LOVE ❤️ & RESPECT FOR THE ANIMALS THAT "PET WONDERLAND" HAS WITHIN THEIR STORE. I PRAY THEY STAY OPEN FOREVER! I, CAN SAY.. THAT-WHEN ONE EXPERIENCES A LOSS OF THEIR FOURLEGGED FAMILY MEMBER(S) IT'S AS IF A MAGNETIC FORCE JUST DRAINED THE BLOOD OUT OF YOUR HEART... WHAT'S WORSE! IS... ONE HAVING TO PAY TO RELIEVE HIM/HER'S SUFFERING...I, FOR ONE THOUGHT?? "WOW!" BAD ENOUGH I'M SOOO BROKENHEARTED.. AND TO BOOT! I HAVE TO PUT MY BABY SON/DAUGHTER TO SLEEP! IT FEELS LIKE AN ACT OF BETRATAL. (ALTHOUGH OFCOURSE I KNEW I WAS DOING WHAT.. UNFORTUNATELY... I ENEVITABLY HAD TOO DO) BUT LIFE AT TIMES THROWS CURVE BALLS... THAT ARE ("NO DOUBT") VERY HARD TO ACCEPT & DIGEST! I'M NOT THE LORD... BUT I FEEL THAT NOBODY KNEW OF YOUR BABY'S UNDERLYING HEALTH ISSUE I WOULD PRAY THEY START BUYING PETS FROM THE SPCA... SAVE LIVES.. AND ALL THEIR PETS ARE MEDICALLY EXAMINED, ECT. GOD BLESS THE EMPLOYEES AT, "PET WONDERLAND" WHO LOVE AND ADORE THEIR PETS..AND STRIVE TO KEEP ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AS HAPPY & CONTENT AS POSSIBLE... "HAPPY 2025" TO ALL. ✌️ ☮️.
