Pet Supplies Plus Weatherford

Always such a fun place to shop with your pet. The dog wash station is easy to use and makes bath time so much easier than leaning over your bathtub trying to hold your dog while washing, specially if they hate water!! lol. Everytime I go in, the staff are super helpful and truly appreciate you being there. They’ve gone out of their way to let my kids experience holding different animals without needing to be there to purchase one. Most pet places won’t let you hold them unless you’re thinking of walking out with them (which is completely understandable). I would go here over any other pet places and have completely switched our dog food to one that this place carries since we started him on a PetSmart brand in the beginning. It’s truly the best place to go, they care for their animals, and their prices are fair!

Rae. She said she was a manager. The rudest encounter I have ever had in a store. I shop here multiple times a week and spend hundreds of dollars a week each trip. This trip was no different. Except the coupons didn’t scan. So the nice girl had to call her over. She was frustrated from the time she approached the counter until I left. When I told her she looked frustrated she pushed the stuff on the counter toward me and said “yeah I’m getting frustrated with you”. Me and the other guests were flabbergasted by her attitude. Guess I will start spending all my money at pets west instead. Do better with your management selections pet supplies.

Excellent Service and products! My go to pet store for fish and dog products. I love how passionate the Employees are about giving The best information and solving problems! Thank you to Sabrina, Collum and many others here that have helped me stock my aquariums with beautiful healthy fish and suggesting products for my Shih tzu!!

we got 2 parakeets from this store thinking that they would be full healthy birds, well don’t be fooled, animal cruelty at it’s finest, the clipped there wings on the birds and did not inform us of them doing such, it’s cruel and unnecessary we love her birds, but that’s ridiculous from this store.

Today Katie helped me with a couple different things and her customer service will have us coming back! We've only been to this store a few times because we thought it was pricier than other places and didn't receive that great customer service. Turns out the prices are competitive and, like I said before, Katie was super friendly and super helpful! Even told me about a discount posted on FB today so I could use the extra % off at checkout. Then walked me out even though I told her I had it and said, well I'll still go with you so you don't need to bring the cart back :)
