The music is way too loud. Asked politely to put the volume down, to which received reply that it shouldn't bother me since I am checking out and leaving. Asked to speak to the manager to which rudely was replied that manager will not come out. Wow! I thought the managers job is to manage the store and deal with concerns that customers have. This is a pet store and not the music studio. You have animals there who have to listen to this for the whole day. Update: the manager came out after me refusing to leave and waiting for 10 min. She told me the new owners set it up this way and she cannot change it. Just amazing! We'll congrats to the new owners for losing one client already as I am definitely not coming back. I asked another customer and he also told that the music is very loud. Maybe the new owners should spend the day at the store so that they can get a headache from the music and see how their employees and animals feel day in day out. Just ridiculous. It is not a dance studio, it is a pet store. New owners if you are reading this - Turn Your Music Down!!!

Great place to walk your dogs. They have 2 size washers and they step up into so you don't kill your back while waking them. They supply entitling, from towels to shampoo & conditioners and oatmeal shampoo for sensitive dogs. Nice open area.

Love this store because the staff is so helpful. I needed to get my dog's tag done and they helped with getting it completed with no issue. Just plain awesome staff.

This location always stinks! Like dirty animals. I went in for probiotics for my kitty because the online information indicated that this item was in stock. Of course, it was not. The 2 girls up front were busy chatting with each other and could not have been less helpful.
