Don’t let that groomer Liz touch a long haired dog. I brought my beautiful double coated collie mix to be groomed and told her to trim her up and for the most part leave her back alone because I have been trying to let it grow back out because she had an allergic reaction and her hair was thinning. It literally looks like she just took a clipper in one size to her entire body. She looks terrible it’s even choppy in some places. I cried the whole way home and I will never let her touch my dog again!!! It was especially upsetting considering I brought my other collie here days prior and Ashley did her and she turned out perfect and we even discussed why you don’t shave double coated dogs. I am furious to say the least!!!!! Her hair takes forever to grow back out as well so she will be stuck like this for a while!!!! That woman needs to be fired if she doesn’t even know basic grooming for long haired dogs and how to properly listen to customers when they tell her how their dogs hair should be done!!!

I was at the dog groomer last week, it was my second time and my last, they called me to pick up my dog ​​Droopy, I told them to cut his hair short along the side and they didn't cut the hair on his tail, it's ridiculous, I paid $80 plus tip, I called the store and they told me that the groomer had already closed, that they were going to leave a note and that they would contact me and what do you think? I'm still waiting for a call from the dog groomer, they cut the hair under my dog ​​Droopy's tail so badly that now my dog ​​has an infection and I have to be treating him, I will never return to that store or buy dog ​​food.

The Pet Salon folks in the back are the best! They are one of the few willing to put on her nail caps and do it at a reasonable price. In and out in about 15 minutes.

Store is petty well stocked. Some employees are friendly, while others not so much. But all in all, decent place for pet supplies.

I get my dog, Emma, groomed monthly here. This is a huge deal because she is super skittish and most places reject her because she won’t cooperate (because she’s scared). This is the only place that she feels comfortable enough to get groomed! Our groomer, Nikki, does a FANTASTIC job each and every time. She is super gentle, loving, sweet, and knowledgeable. She does such a great job with Emma! I could not recommend her more! This location is always super clean and their the associates are super friendly and eager to help! Their treat variety is awesome for dogs with any dietary restrictions and allergies.
