I needed a cat carrier and when I went in I saw them right away and the price was reasonable at $29.99 for a cute safe carrier, the only thing about it is it's kinda hard to press the open buttons at the same time to get the front gate of it opened, because you need to press both buttons at the same time, one last thing, I wasn't greeted or thanked for my patronage or asked if I needed help, which I do because I have a really bad back and had just gotten shots and the carrier was on a high top shelf, the ladies were too busy chatting with themselves, I hope the next time we go there we get better customer service,at least greeted and asked what we're here for, I must say the store itself was clean and orderly but I was only there for a few minutes so I didn't look around the whole store because as I'd said I saw what I needed right away, but we will frequent this particular pet store again,it was my first time there.

They have a good selection of food, treats, toys and accessories for your pets. The staff was friendly and attentive. Store and restroom was clean. Definitely recommend this business for your pets needs in Lexington.

This is the main place to go in Lexington, it's got a variety of items from food, toys and gear for different types of animals. They are very friendly and seem competitive on prices compared to other locations. They partner with Lexington county and do adoption events every 3rd Saturday of the month. Support your local businesses, and go check them out!

Great staff and some very perky and adorable ferrets that are well socialized. The service was attentive and very personable. I would personally like to extend additional thanks to all their staff.... and the ferrets!!! 😁

Disgusted by how overcrowded the tanks are here. The store offers a variety of supplies yet treats all of the “cheaper” animals like absolute garbage. Rest assured that the $800 birds are well taken care of though. I’ve been here multiple times and never buy anything because I can’t stomach the way they treat the animals here, not to mention the extreme overcharging for almost everything in the store.
