The employees have been nothing but nice and helpful here. I mostly come in for supplies and food. They carry products for a variety of pets too so I can shop for everyone at once. You can tell that the employees really care about pets and are able to answer questions about the products and animal care when I’ve needed help. On an employees recommendation we recently purchased a soft inflatable donut collar for our kitty after her surgery. It worked perfectly and was so much more comfortable for her than the hard plastic cone. She was miserable in the original cone and didn’t seem to even notice the new collar. She recovered well and the vet was impressed that she even still had all of the liquid silver bandage on her tummy intact during her follow up after two weeks because she wasn’t able to lick or rub the spot. She and we say thank you!

I went to this store at 10:00. Told salesperson I have a new puppy and I need to buy everything. She was mad and ignoring me, at first I thought she was just listening. But no she was having a bad morning I guess or needing so much overwhelmed her. So I couldn't buy much, 4 items or so. I went back today when the manager there, and was so grateful for this, andnot all but some things I need x 2. The person Cindy said she won't let me buy anything because the other girl lied and the mgr believed her. So I came back with nothing!!! Unbelievable how the sales person lied, in turn the manager was worse. I did say to the manager mgr as I left that she was no manager. I will spend close to a $1,000 estimating for all the things I need, and they won't let me give them money. Lol. I couldn't believe the mgr acted that way. Anyway, hopefully other people don't get treated that way. I intend to not let this go and speak to the higher up from mgr.

Picked up a new Pet Carrier for my 4 month old Black Siamese kittens. With a top lid to access and pet "C & J", as I took them to the Vet Clinic of Palm Harbor for their most recent visit. Reasonable priced with lots of room. Much more functional then my old pink carrier with a front door access only - see pics. Nice to shop local.

Only getting 1 star because I can’t give negative stars. Bought three items last night. One leaked all over my car so much that it leaked through their bag. No problem, we’re reasonable, we will try and make it work. Next morning (about 12 hours later) Needed to return another item because we didn’t like the reviews. Go to return it. Store person says they can’t accept returns without a receipt (receipt was trashed because of leaky product). Drive back home. Try and locate trashed receipt. Can’t find it. Bring back leaky item with other items and show the recipient on my CC app. Told by the same person l we have to have paper receipt. We explain the leaky product ruining the receipt (now part of our return and leaking on their counter). Told again, have to have paper receipt. Huh??? Have IQs suddenly dropped suddenly? Ask to speak to the Manager. She’s says “I am the manager” (name is Cindy). Cindy says they can’t know we bought it there. I say 1: the app shows the gps location of purchase. 2: ring up the items. If it doesn’t match penny for penny then no problem. She then tells me only receipt (again) or if I’m VIP. Not happening. I’m officially NBB club now: never be back! Finally the voice of reason, Asst Mgr (Rebekah) steps in and says we can call customer service. We’re like okay, what’s the number? We get the number, call them, they want info from the CC app. No problem. We give it to them. They print the receipt for us to the register and we present it to Cindy. She says we still need vip. We’re like what??? So she asks for our address for VIP enrollment. We give her our address in HI. She says that doesn’t work. Finally we’re like no you said we needed a receipt and you got it and we get the refund. What should’ve been a casual, easy return (and we would’ve paid for the leaky product), , maybe 20 minutes, turned into 1.5 hours of our casual Saturday morning. And only my given the money back. Nothing comp’d at all. Ridiculous. Fat pigs without wings will fly before we go back there, and if you’re smart, same for you.
