I do not know how this place is still open! The rodents (Guinea pigs, fancy and hairless rats, bunnies, etc.) are not taken care of! The hairless rats (6 of them) are stuffed into this small glass tank with one little hide, they are constantly competing and hurting each other trying to hide. All the animals are in too small of cages and not properly taken care of. The bunnies can barely move around! The birds have no enrichment, in fact none of the animals have enrichment! Very sad to see. Please buy from a reputable breeder! In the included photos here is what a rat cage should look like for 2-3 rats compared to what their CAGE* with 6 rats looks like.

I don’t understand how this place is still in business. We got our bearded dragon from here a couple months back and she was in very bad shape and had her foot bitten off. We had come back in recently just to look around and noticed two of the bearded dragons were dead and the other one had been on the brink of dying for over a week since we visited the other week. The one in the back has been laying there for quite some time and it’s bones were even popping out of its side. The fact nothing has been done is mind blowing. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Fantastic little shop. Everything looks super healthy and cared for. I picked up mice and they put up with me sorting through colors and genders. Will for sure be going back. The service was friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was disgusting. There were animals fighting each other, the place stunk, there puppies were kept in filth, there fish were extremely poorly maintained ,the price was higher than marked, all the animals were unhealthy not a single animal in that store was healthy.the staff was very rude and disrespectful. the stores dog was offleash And approached my CLEARLY MARKED service dog. There return policy is bad. I suggest just going to PetSmart or Petco
