Great pet store, I go here often. Definitely a little more pricey than other places you can get the stuff, but I’d rather give them my money than Walmart or Amazon. I also get live rats here for my snake. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the place is clean and well organized. It’s a great spot!
Terrible!!! Shopped here 30yrs. Never again!! Called about a price, got charged more when I arrived. Explained that the item on the receipt isn't even the same. Cashier went and asked some one. Comes back and states "well that's the price" I said nope!! Give me my money back!! The cashier never knows the prices and no one is ever around to help the customers. And I was told management was too "busy" to help.out. the original owner were awesome. This place isnt good anymore!!! I will not be returning.
Very nice store. Just bought 4 Angel fish and 2 smaller fish. I can get almost everything i need for my birds and fish. I have bought many fish here. Prices for some of the fish are a touch high compared to other pet stores. Other than some things being over priced this is a good pet supply store.
Let's tell the truth, the dog treats if kept for more than one month start having bugs in them. The bird seeds do the same. Since they have changed their aquarium system the fish all look like hell, brown water in most tanks. They analyze my water I have perfect water with a 6.7 ph which is what our well water comes up as, the north east has acidic water, 7.0 is neutral. Refused to replace my dead fish, yet their tanks are full of ick and burnt fins on their goldfish and sword fish that are running through the same system as the guppies I wanted to replace. The fish I was replacing had a better chance of living in my well balanced tanks than theirs. All I will purchase from them in the future is the enclosed foods, and medias. The prices are fair and even good. I remember the original owner who ran a tight ship. Managers should walk the stores during hours of operation and approach customers when making their lives difficult. Staying in the office does not work for me, your employee is not your slave. Only an owner has that right when he hires a manager. I wanted to give 1 star, 2 stars is for their prices.
We have purchased 2 bundles of joy here. Our shih tzu was 11 when she passed. We had a hard time with it and struggled with the thought of a new pet. I put our name on a list to be called if they got any small breeds in. We were called everytime and found our new love. Easy transaction free food and a loving staff. Very grateful.
