King Koi & Goldfish

We recently purchased 7 fish (2 Jumbo Thai Oranda, 4 Milk Cow Ranchu and 1 Baby Ranchu Sakura) for our daughters fish tank. The customer service we received was top notch. We had a lot of questions so we called the store and all of our questions were answered without hesitation. We were excited that Air Cargo shipping was an option and it was worth every penny. The communication from swim videos to adding more items to our order to shipping and delivery was quick and on point. We are looking to add another large tank to our collection and will definitely be purchasing more fish. With King Koi there is no need to purchase for anywhere else.

I ordered 4 goldfish, shipped to Canada. Communication was outstanding, especially considering this was my first time ordering from the US. The fish were triple bagged and well insulated. Even though it's still winter here they were not at all cold and hardly stressed. Very healthy and beautiful fish. I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you!

KingKoi is a stand up business. Ordered a fish from them that arrived stressed and died within 12 hours. Even though it’s not their policy, they offered a refund. After ordering another fish from them, which was lost for a day within FedEx’s network, it arrived safe and sound. They even called to be sure everything was good. I’ve since ordered two more fish from them and have been satisfied!

They care about the fish and the customer, and are willing to answer all questions. They have gone above beyond for our fish and us. Eddie worked diligently to take care of us in our recent purchase . We have purchased several fish through them the last few years and cannot recommend them enough. First time customer. Ordered late Tuesday night and received my fish Friday afternoon. Fish arrived well packed and healthy. Will buy here again!
