JULIA and the WHOLE staff are the example of customer service! It’s obvious this store loves their job and has passion behind their work. I called earlier in the day and spoke with (who at the time I did not know was the store manager) Julia, who was able to answer all questions I had for my sweet senior dog. Later in the afternoon I come into the store to be greeted and asked how I’m able to be assisted and provided all the benefits to what ever could work best to support my senior girls comfort. I later see Julia and she walks me around the store to show me all the options, all of the pros/cons and allowed me to weigh my options. I was assisted from start to finish. There’s not a single thing I would change. Julia is an example of how to run a good business. Customer service, leads by example and her store shows a culture of kindness, friendliness, passion, driving results and a willingness to help customers. As a manager of a large company myself, I am extremely impressed and find that Julia should be the trainer for all locations and how she fosters the same care and compassion to the animals that walk in her business and how evident it is her team follows her leadership style. Truly inspiring.

the staff here is incredibly nice and helpful; jasper should be canonized for the assistance they gave me in choosing food for my fussy, picky dog. finally found one he likes!

The layout is simple and it’s easy to find things. They let pets in and make them feel welcome too. The prices are a little high but I’m getting a special food forth at is helping my cavapoo’s sensitive stomach, so I think it’s worth it. We use the Pup Above dog food and our dog really loves it.

Hollywood Feed on McDermott is great. I’ve only been to this store. Everyone is very helpful and nice. There is a lady that I’ve seen a few times, she has a table set up handing out coupons, she is always helpful and getting not only free items for you but usually $10 off you bag of food. The store has lots to offer, healthy food, toys, and bath service. Definitely give a try. Nutri source Pure vita offers different proteins that my dogs love, bison, kangaroo, beef👍

The Allen location of Hollywood Food is awesome. The store is always very well stocked and spotless. The team there is very nice and knowledgeable too. Hollywood Feed fan for life! :)
