As far as your employee giving the 10 mouse in case she miscounted there was no in case. She counted and there was in fact only 9 when I was charged for 10. As far as me calling and screaming obscenities, thats simply not true it was you that screamed obscenities at me as I wasn't even allowed to speak because as soon as I spoke you would hang up. Also as far as your employees feeling uncomfortable I have no idea what so ever why they would. Slander is making statements about something that didn't happen and in this case there is no slander. As far as the bearded Dragon we had planned to purchase him especially at the price younhad him listed for as it was very reasonable we chose not to upon closer inspection due to what we felt appeared as an impacted Cloaca. The "Banana Spider is not a Spider. Spider is an Incomplete Dominant trait meaning it will always be visual and i see no visual markings for Spider. Sorry, but when we come in WEEKLY and buy the exact same items, yet get charged a different amount every single time & then when we finally ask for a receipt for once to discover you over charged us you want to claim we somehow hid the "extra item". You searched your database to find my personal phone number to call to yelling at us & refusing to even allow us to speak. The second we'd try to say anything you'd hang up like a child. Your manager needs some serious training on proper customer service & how to actually talk AND listen to people. Also, learn to properly label your animals. just like the bamboo I called you out on before, that "banana spider" you have in there does not carry the spider morph. it is just a plain, single gene banana. When we pointed it out to one of your associates last week when we were in, he told us "yeah, we know, but we think it has a "wobble" so we labeled it as spider too. That's not how that works! Stop ripping people off & then yelling at them when your called out on it. Your manager needs to put her narcissism to the side, as someone who has worked retail management for over 10 years myself, I could never imagine telling a loyal customer who shops at my establishment multiple times a month, every month, for over 5 years now to never return rather than just accept that maybe my sales associate made a mistake.
