I Ordered a wet/DRY system after one month, the seams started to come apart pro clear sent me a new 1. Where my problem came in is in order to install it has to go through the back of the stand. Just like the majority of all stans. Which means I have to catch my fish. Store them somewhere, remove decor rocks etc and then find a place to hold 120 gallons of water. Or hire a company to do it for me. So I reached back out to them to see if they'd have any insight or be able to help. John the suppose of owner has obviously never heard of something called customer service. His attitude was I sent you a replacement that's good enough. John kept telling me how I was wrong and I assembled my setup wrong and that I should just cut a hole in the side of my stand so I can get it out. As I told john, I'm pretty sure the manufacturer of the stand will no longer warrant the stand if I cut a hole in it. As I told john, you sold me a product that malfunctioned the manufacturer replaced the product now. Are you going to help me with the problems that the malfunction caused Or do I need to call the manufacturer. John didn't offer any solutions or help, not even suggestions, just continued to tell me how I as the customer am wrong. Pro clear customer service on the other hand 900% not john! Minimal questions asked lots of suggestions ideas. At the end of our call, they decided to send a technician out to help fix the situation. To end it Jonh is wonderful words that I will not type so and definitely needs help with customer relations. I was not looking for a handout or for him to even pay for the problems it has caused. I was looking for an owner who backed and took responsibility for a product he sold. Like pro clear what is doing.

Since my wife's assurance to her best friend to care for her pets in passing, we are now blessed with a Clown fish. So, the aquarium needed commitment and had to be the best. I found Fish Tanks Direct and soon found that there really are good people out there. They are professional, friendly and eager to work with you to assure that the result is what you expected and more. If you decide to embark on an aquarium adventure, this is the place to go to. It will be right and won't be overpriced. I'm been satisfied, and sometimes that's hard to do. Their aquarium shop built me a 3/4" thick L shaped corner tank. It ended up 41"- 41" back 16" deep and 24" high, a 30"x 16"x 15" sump and a refugium to fit the custom stand that I built. Their work was perfect. I had been planning in my mind that my next Reef Tank would be bigger than my last which was a 300 gallon. So I decided to go much bigger, an 800 gallon. I had spoke with Fish Tanks Direct a year before on there process and time. So when I was ready I had them build me a 96" wide 48" high and 36" depth tank which turned out beautiful, my own little ocean. Great craftsmanship and support to all of my questions and concerns. I normally don’t partake in writing reviews but, after the experience I had with Fish Tank Direct, I felt it very necessary. I recently purchase 150 gallon tank from the company. Upon arrival, I watched the delivery guy rough handle the tank that was clearly marked fragile. When I finally unwrapped the packaging, I noticed the tank was damaged in the delivery process. Unfortunately, I made the stupid mistake of signing for the item, while not thoroughly inspecting the tank before the delivery guy high tailed it out of sight. In any event, John the guy from Fish tank direct worked tirelessly to resolve the issue with the freight company, fighting on my behalf, even though the responsibility was clearly on me to inspect the tank upon delivery. Fish Tank Direct was no longer under any obligation to go above and beyond, but in the spirit of customer satisfaction, they did! They were able to help resolve the issue, and get me a new tank. From this day forward, I will order all my fish tank needs from Fish Tank direct including the new protein skimmer I plan on purchasing. They have truly earned my customer loyalty. Great service, great products. Thanks Fish Tank Direct for a job well done! P.S. By the way, the second delivery guy was awesome and even assisted me in unpacking and inspecting the tank! Darryl
