This place will never deserve two stars lol i never write reviews but i feel like i have to now this is going to be the biggest run on sentence you’re probably ever going to read but i don’t think i’ve ever been more disappointed in my life i feel so bad for writing this but it just isn’t fair whatsoever i bought four guinea pigs from this place and they all didn’t last a full week i’ve had 6 guinea pigs before and they all lasted a long time i didn’t know how old my two boys were but i had them for 3 years at least and my girls were almost 6 when they died and my other boys I GOT FROM HERE LOL they lasted less than a year but they still lasted way longer than a week when i took the guinea pig back after he died they told me that he had mites from a dirty cage and that the mites aren't fatal that’s a huge lie they truly are i didn’t have them long enough to have a dirty cage it wasn’t even four days when the first one died he died on the third day the second went the next but i doubt three days causes mites like that but i don’t think they really care they only have a 24 hour rule which is kind of crazy it felt like they were blaming me for their deaths but i wasn’t doing anything different than i was before when i had my other pigs they were healthy for a long time and i never had a problem until now i didn’t get a refund on the first pair but that’s fair considering the rule but i came back and got another pair and they lasted even less than the first two these ones were girls and they died in two days the first one didn’t even make it one day and then my other one died the next day i didn’t bother taking them back because they wouldn’t have done anything but tell me it’s my fault lol so i waited and i thought i could try my luck with a rabbit and he’s still alive but today is the third day he isn’t doing too well though he started wheezing and i don’t think he’s going to make it a full week either and it makes me sad because i don’t know what i’m doing wrong i love him so much it hasn’t been long but it hurts still regardless this place isn’t worth your time or the heartbreak the secret is that all of their rodents come from the same breeder and it’s probably filled with disease they have them in small aquariums in the store so i doubt they’re treated any better there over 200 dollars was wasted on the false hope that they would last a little longer than a week i didn’t even get pictures of the second pair that’s how fast they went if you take the time to read the other reviews yes they’re mainly about fish but doesn’t that show you a little bit about how much they care i went in there multiple times and saw dead fish floating in the tank i think something happened with the guinea pigs within that time because they did give me a discount on the rabbit but that’s it if you really want to come here i feel as though you’re best bet is to only get supplies the prices aren’t bad on those items i’m so sorry that you had to read this but i’m just tired of no one caring maybe they mean too much to me but i don’t think it’s worth being so transient update: the bunny didn’t make it it’s the morning now

Initially really liked this place, informative and friendly. But the last two times I have purchased fish from them they have died within 24 hrs. Very disappointed.

I visited this place twice now and have been happy with the fish I have received as well as the service that was provided! There are other animals available not just fish.
