I had the worst experience here. I got recommended this place by my mother in law when visiting LA for the holidays and today at exactly midnight my lovebird passed away. I originally went to this place to get my lovebird's beak trimmed, but my mother-in-law mentioned they trimmed the claws too. The entire time I was their I was anxious and nervous and it was for a good reason because when the man cut one of Bloopy's claws it led him to bleed and the man put some anti infection cream on my bird, but that didn’t matter because a day after my bird started to behave differently, became unable to fly, started pooping a bright white color instead of his normal yellowish green stools and I took an oath never ever to trust my birds in the care of this place. I wish I had my lovebird by my side again, I'd give anything to go back 24hrs before I made the huge mistake of trusting in someone else that this place would be good for my bird when clearly it was the worst mistake and biggest heartache of my life. Rest in Peace Bloopy 🐦.

Worst place for fresh water fish. Lack of intelligence from the part of the store owner by stating koi fish is illegal and many aquatic fish have bacterial infection because of physical agents such as instruments which are introduced to the water. Also, customers waste money in this place so they get dumb responses and non intelligent customer service. The aquarium and fish are not from the dead fish store located at this place. It is from a specific petco store were they actually take care of fresh water fish and care about their customers. At some point people will realize they are scamming people.

Very friendly. Extremely informative. He went above & beyond for us. Reasonably priced Birds,cages & accessories. Small store with a great amount of small,to medium sized birds in cages. And it says a lot that he replies so gracefully to all of his reviewers. He’s even so tactful towards the negative ones!! Love it! 👏🏼👏🏼
