They are very knowledgeable and all of the animals are in clean enclosures. They have 100s of different morph ball pythons. I came in specifically for a pied morph, but ended up falling in love with this beautiful “green eyed”lemon blast morph. I will definitely come back when I’m ready for another. Best place for anything regarding reptiles and their needs. They have a monthly-bimonthly vet come in for the public. This is the place I got my Bearded dragon from. They take wonderful care of the animals and have much cheaper prices then other pet supermarkets that mistreat their animals and overprice their products. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to get a reptile or things for a reptile. They also have food , bugs, mice and everything you may need!

I love this store!!!! They have everything you need if you’re a reptile/amphibian or invertebrate owner!! They sometimes have stuff for fish and small mammals as well, and everything is reasonably priced. I don’t own any reptiles, but I’ve bought a forest scorpion, whip scorpion, and many types of isopods from here and they’re all healthy and beautiful! I always look forward to coming in, staff is always very helpful and friendly as well :) so glad we have a store like this in Lakeland; if you’re into exotic pets then please support this local business!!!

I was pleased with the help and knowledge I received from this family during the reptile show. After inherited my older daughter boa, the cage needed a new lid, but they didn't have just lids. Instead they were able to give me the needed replacement locks for my lid. I also found some cool new items to stock in the boa's enclosure. They had tons of items to choose from and were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

My daughter needed a crawler to feed her snake and asked me to go along. Family Reptiles is not what I was expecting, this place is very nice and modern. Everything was clean as was the rest room. Vast selection of critters and needed equipment to own them. The staff was both helpful and friendly to a first time visitor. We will be back.
