Corals Coral and More

This place is awesome! Nick is a great owner and they always have good frags and livestock. I have bought most of my tank's stock from them and it is all thriving. They also just came out with their own dip that is awesome! It has simplified my dip process down to a single dip versus 3 dips I was using previously. All corals are doing great so far! I highly recommend.

Poor customer service! I went in and started looking at some coral, the guy asked if I needed some help. I told him I had some questions about some coral I wanted to purchase and had some questions about some coral I already had, there were a couple of customers he had ahead of me and said he would be with me in a moment. So far so good, he helped the customers and I was the only person left. As he was putting some stuff away in came two other customers, they started talking to him and he went with them over to a tank and started selling them the coral I was interested in, I was right there and was completely ignored, so I walked out never to return. So in my opinion, go there if you want to be ignored and have coral sold right out from under you, as for me there are better places to spend my money.

Coral's Coral is a great place to pick up a variety of saltwater coral, fish, and other products locally. The owner Nick is good people. I like their style of $1 auction based sales and live sales. It seems like every time I go, he has something new he has implemented. Coming soon, he has an area in his store dedicated to local hobbyists/business owners to sell their frags. Justin and the other staff in the store were friendly and seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I like where I see Coral's Coral going. I'll keep doing business with them.

I cannot say how they are as a store front but as an online store, they are terrible and basically close to being a scam! I had purchased some seedlings from their store using the Shop app back in August. After waiting two weeks with zero indication of a shipment, I had contacted them through their "contact us" emails inquiring if there was any additional steps I needed to do to receive my order (since they sell live creatures, they had modules to purchase but since mine were plants and I paid a shipment fee to ship plants perfectly fine, I didn't think I'd need to but wanted to ask anyways) to which, as of now, has been 4-5 times with zero response. They're very active on their social media accounts so I decided to try and contact them through there just to be completely ignored. Since I used Affirm to pay for my order (merchant must be the one to initiate the refund), Coralscoral's lack of response, and not wanting my credit to be negatively impacted, this store has officially stolen my hard earned money. Morally, I would recommend to not purchase from them at all!

If you are new or an experienced salt water aquarium hobbyists Corals Coral has something for you! They carry one of the best and largest chemical supplies for Salt water in the area. These guys know their salt water! They always have a fantastic selection of healthy zoa’s, and frags in stock for reasonable prices. And the most beautiful selection of mainly salt water fish. They have a couple ponds in the back with super high quality koi fish and a selection of tropical plants you can choose from. Their display tanks are stunning and take my breath away every time I walk in. These people are truly passionate about the husbandry of salt water aquariums and want you to be successful in the hobby for years to come. I have always been treated very courteously and kindly here and I genuinely enjoy talking with the staff about the hobby. Absolutely love this store and their staff, keep up the good work guys!
