Quality of the fish is amazing they are perfectly beautiful!! Only drawback is that they should be more clear when it comes to time of delivering. It took about 18 days+ but it was worth it. And they gave me few free shrimp for the inconvenience. So thats good customer service Thank u guys

I ordered 2 wild type bettas from Coast Gem and although it took a while to receive the fish, I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I ordered in the winter and knew that because of weather it might take a while for them to ship. I finally recieved the fish in February. This might seem like a long wait, but I recieved updates along the way and was very happy that they weren’t shipped while temperatures were extremely cold. Wow! These fish were definitely worth waiting for. I would recommend ordering from Coast Gem USA. You won’t be disappointed. Healthy, high quality fish are worth any wait that you might experience. Packing was phenomenal.

I recently ordered eight female fancy guppies and one plant from Coast Gem USA. While the plant I originally wanted was out of stock, they did call me to inform me and let me know they would be selecting a different one for me. Unfortunately, the replacement plant wasn’t in the best shape when it arrived. However, the fish were all extremely healthy and exactly what I expected. I’ve seen a lot of horror stories about ordering from them, so I was a bit nervous, especially since it took a few weeks for them to ship my order. That said, once it arrived, I had zero DOAs, which is more than I can say for some other companies I’ve ordered from. Overall, while the plant situation wasn’t ideal, I’m very happy with the fish I received and would consider ordering from them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered three male guppies on 2/1, and they were not shipped until 2/24. I emailed customer service three times during those weeks to find out when they would ship, and didn't get a response until right before they shipped. When they arrived on 2/28, they were not only dead, but so disintegrated that in one of the bags you couldn't even see where there was once a fish. So, they packaged them on 2/10, let them sit on a shelf somewhere for two weeks, and then shipped them to me. Now, despite emailing, texting and calling, I cannot get ahold of them for a refund. And, according to their policy, if I do, I will only get store credit and no refund for shipping. This was not a matter of the fish dying during transport. This was negligence on their part in packing and shipping in a timely manner. Do not waste your money.
