Brenda is an expert groomer. My big Golden Retriever's coat was all tangled and matted from our daily hikes and his swims. Brenda treated him with lots of TLC and cleaned out all of the matts and did a very thorough brushout & de-shed. We will definately be back for the next grooming appt. 10/10 all the way around.

Mar 03, 2025 · Josie MunozDear Josephine (Store Manager), Words cannot express my sincerest gratitude I have for your lovely co-workers that took care of my fiberglass and petroleum infested kitty's fur due to him getting stuck in one of the holes in my ceiling that wasn't covered up by Foothills Regional Housing management to dry out my drywall after my neighbor flooded my apartment after leaving her bathtub running. All of your co-workers were so compassionate towards my situation especially when I started crying, they assured me that Mr. Pimp Daddy was going to be ok, and as he was getting his bath I can take this time to catch up on some self-care.Their words were so comforting to me and I was able to relax from being up all night with my kitty. I went to grab some food at King Soopers I hadn't eaten in 2 days and I took a much needed nap in my car. It was the best nap I had taken since this whole ordeal had happened and I owe it to your co-workers because their care and concern put me at ease knowing that Mr. Pimp Daddy was going to have his BEST BATH EVER!!! When I returned, my kitty was feeling himself again! He was happy to have his fluffy fur back and he was HANDSOME, again. He was on the PROWL once again! Watch Out, Female Kitty Queens, Mr. Pimp Daddy is gonna get your digits! LOL! I have included a picture of Mr. Pimp Daddy feeling his BATH!!! There aren't enough words of gratitude to express to your co-workers for the care and concern they showed me and my kitty that day!!! She communicated the whole process and my doggo had a good experienced. Highly recommends we went ahead and book for the rest of the year. on top of this brand new location with better food , great customer service and amazing atmosphere

The associate helping was not knowledgeable or attentive to any details that were provided during the lengthy process to book online. I took both of my dogs elsewhere. To make it worse, I am still getting communication from them even though I refused service in the first place. Harassment is what it’s turned into which makes a horrible experience even worse.
