Yeni was amazing! We had an issue with the finance application process but she attentively stuck with us for almost 2 hours as well as manage other customers and even stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of. Honestly after the application mishap I could’ve just left and not considered coming back but Yeni made sure the deal was done. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family in the area of the best place in the Midwest to buy a puppy.

My heart is broken by this. This is the puppy place in Millersville. We stopped in today just to see what it’s like there .. 😫 I left with so much sadness in my heart. Our ONE geckos tank is bigger than the ones TWO puppies are in. They don’t have room to run. They have no toys .. no bed .. just themselves. Almost every single puppy is priced extremely high, especially this little guy. He was priced at almost 4 grand .. so what are they doing with all of that money?! There’s no parents on site, of course. They can’t give you any info on that, nor the puppies history like they say they can. Most of the puppies looked like they just did not feel good, at all. This place is located right in the middle of Millersville on 31w. This place is awful. This place should be shut down.

Chris and Carolyn was so helpful and wonderful and picking out our puppy! Very attentive and courteous we are so happy with our Mini Australian Shepherd Coco puff!! He is a giant ball of joy, happy and gets along with Brianna or other Mini Australian Shepherd! We are so happy with our new addition to our family! My son is in love with Coco puff! We adopted a beautiful Shih Tzu from here yesterday and we had an overall solid experience. The people leaving reviews on here about the rough conditions obviously have never been in here. I also noticed what appear to be a bunch of positive reviews from folks that also have never been inside also so I figured I'd leave a "real" review. Our experience was good, all the puppies were energetic and in clean kennels. In fact the kennels were being cleaned while we were there by one of the workers. There was no pressure to purchase. We asked to see a specific puppy that caught our eye and played with her for about an hour before deciding we wanted to add her to our family. At no point did anyone there put any pressure on us to buy a puppy. They routinely checked in to see if we had any questions. We took our puppy to the vet today and she was given a clean bill of health. The vet had no concerns and said she was in great health.
