Awful shops, couldn't get many pictures as employees were staring me down. Puppies in unfurnished kennels, lizards looking emaciated and dehydrated. Birds shoved in high numbers in cages together, no lights on fish tanks. Large birds in small cages. So much wrong here! Please don't support this store.

Our absolute favorite animal store! Jim usually helps my husband and I out and he’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Don’t let the bad reviews scare you, they probably have never purchased from this store. My husband and I absolutely love this place and have bought a few birds from here and have nothing but amazing things to say! Great place and selection , we enjoy coming to see the new animals and the staff is great! We will always keep coming back here! ❤️

Bought a lovebird from them because I felt bad for it. It was the last one and these birds typically need a partner. I bought the right food for it and treats, the whole nine yards. Sleazy thing that it's a three day policy. The bird ate less and less and died on the 10th day of me owning it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It'll die from the poor conditions and you wont be able to get anything back for it.

I have gotten all of my pets from here!! The fact that I can trust a pet store that is family owned and opporated its a huge plus for me!!!!!! I've had my current golden retriever for 2 years now he's is the smartes and most loving! They have any pet you want and food and all accommodations they need to go home to live happy! They will always answer questions you have Becca is absolutely amazing and soo kind! Thank you bird cage for doing your best and loving the animals!!
