I noticed a lump on my rabbit and her vet was no longer with Central in North Haven. It’s hard to find a knowledgeable exotics vet. I called Yalesville and they were able to get me in the same day. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, comforting and patient. When I stepped into the practice for our appointment, I noticed it was bright, clean and welcoming. The women at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming. I was seen right on time. Sam, the vet tech and Dr. Sands were both very knowledgeable, cheerful and gentle with my rabbit. I was immediately put at ease and know I made the right decision coming here. I even got a call very first thing the next morning checking on my rabbit. I am all around extremely please with everything about this vet this far. I will be taking my other two rabbits here as well.
