My dog was absolutely neglected and misdiagnosed in this clinic. Unfortunately, he passed away. Staff was giving my dog wrong treatments and was interested only in charging me instead of helping saving him. I needed a blood work records when I took him to the emergency room in his last day and the clinic didn’t respond me. They claimed that they care about him very much, but he died on Monday and nobody contacted me to ask how he is doing. They didn’t hesitate to contact me every single day while he was alive so I can bring him again for some fluids so they can make more of this unfortunate situation. If you went to school to be a vet and you really want to help animals and not only make money, you should be able to understand after seeing my dog, that he was dying from cancer. Stay away from this dishonest, fake people.

Dec 16, 2024 · Alena SkoryninaOn Monday, I brought my senior cat in because of health concern. I was told that I would hear back on Tuesday about his condition. On Wednesday after many call attempts, I find out rather lackadaisically “that the doctor just hasn’t gotten around to it” with very little remorse. On Thursday I call again, this time quite annoyed and it turns out my cat is very sick, as I’m being told by a different vet somewhat haphazardly over the phone. Now I’ve had to have him rechecked at a different office even more ($400-$450) to be told he needs hospitalization. I firmly believe that if this office was organized properly that this would have been avoided and would already be further in prognosis. I am pretty appalled at how this was handled since it was such a time sensitive situation. I understand that things come up but as a vet and office managers there is undoubtedly protocol for these types of events. I do not believe this was handled properly and it made me feel like my very stressful now emergent situation was being left to fall through the cracks. If something happens to your physicians, it’s up to management (this is now corporate run hospital so they have plenty of that) to make sure there is not a lapse in ESSENTIAL communication with the clients/patients. It seems like Doctor Cravens was bitten by one of his patients and seeking treatment which is something that is 100% something that is practiced for, and has a well defined protocol for dealing with, or at least it should be. The service and way this was handled was at best very poorly and I will not be recommending this office again. Not because of Doctor Cravens but dropping the ball on everything else involving communications and my visit on Sept 9. Shame.
Sep 15, 2024 · Lauren LevinThis veterinary office is great! I was a first-timer in with a dog I was sitting, and they were so sweet about how uninformed and unaware I was of their practices. They made everything very clear, easy to remember, and pleasant for both me and the pup. I would certainly go back with my dog, and highly recommend this spot!
Nov 12, 2024 · Opeola BukolaWe’ve been taking our dog to WofA for years and couldn’t recommend them more. Dr. McMahon has helped us through everything from bowel obstructions to bites at daycare to stomach bugs to routine visits and she’s always so so wonderful. She’s a great doctor and provides excellent care while also being so warm and helping our pup feel comfortable. The techs are all great too and I love that we can easily schedule tech visits for his vaccine boosters. Take your animals here, they’ll be in good hands.
Jun 04, 2024 · Emma Satlof-BedrickDr. McMahon and her team at World of Animals are the best in the business! Dr. McMahon is an experienced clinician with a compassionate bedside manner that put me at ease over concerns about my dog’s medical condition. Additionally, my dog instantly fell in love with her technician, Sadie, who expertly handled him throughout the appointment. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
