Tried to get a wellness exam for my new kitty. 3 months. And quite a lecture when I asked if they could notify me if something came up sooner. These guys used to be great. Now there's just a whole lot of bad attitude. Very sad.

Welcome to Woodland Veterinary Hospital
For local pet owners in Woodland, Washington, seeking a "Pet Hospital" to care for their animal companions, Woodland Veterinary Hospital, located at 1840 Belmont Loop, Woodland, WA 98674, USA, presents itself as a local veterinary service provider. As a "Pet Hospital," it is expected to offer a range of medical services aimed at maintaining and improving the health of pets in the community.
Information regarding the specific environment of Woodland Veterinary Hospital is not detailed in the provided reviews. However, a typical veterinary hospital aims to create a clean and organized space conducive to providing medical care for animals. This would generally include examination rooms for consultations, potential surgical suites for various procedures, and recovery areas for animals post-treatment. The goal is usually to create an environment that is both functional for the veterinary staff and as comfortable as possible for the animal patients to minimize stress during their visit.
As a "Pet Hospital," Woodland Veterinary Hospital likely offers a variety of veterinary services to address the health needs of pets. These commonly include routine wellness examinations, which are essential for early detection of potential health issues and for maintaining overall pet health through vaccinations and preventative care. They would also likely provide diagnostic services, which could involve laboratory testing (such as blood work and urinalysis) and imaging techniques like X-rays to help diagnose illnesses and injuries.
Surgical services are another key component of most veterinary hospitals, ranging from routine procedures like spaying and neutering to more complex soft tissue or orthopedic surgeries, depending on the hospital's capabilities and the expertise of their veterinarians. Dental care is also a crucial aspect of pet health, and services such as professional teeth cleaning and addressing dental diseases are often offered. In times of illness or injury, veterinary hospitals provide medical treatment, which can include administering medications, providing supportive care, and managing chronic conditions.
The limited customer reviews provide a mixed perspective on Woodland Veterinary Hospital. One reviewer expressed disappointment, stating, "These guys used to be great. Now there's just a whole lot of bad attitude. Very sad." This suggests a potential shift in the clinic's atmosphere or customer service approach that has negatively impacted at least one long-term client. Another negative comment mentioned a "lecture" received when inquiring about notification for a new kitten's wellness exam, indicating a possible lack of flexibility or a less than ideal communication style in that instance.
On the other hand, there are positive comments as well. One reviewer stated, "I can't say enough wonderful things about them they have helped us though some very difficult times," highlighting the hospital's ability to provide crucial support during challenging periods of pet health. Another simply noted, "They are all great," offering a general positive sentiment about the staff and care provided.
Given the contrasting reviews, it is difficult to definitively characterize the overall features of Woodland Veterinary Hospital. The positive comments suggest a caring and supportive team capable of handling serious health issues, while the negative feedback raises concerns about customer service and communication in certain situations. Potential local users may need to weigh these perspectives when considering this clinic.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Woodland Veterinary Hospital based on the provided data. Dec 23, 2024 · Living my homemade life /Scrumptious Herban ChefThis isn't the vet office I use personally since I live an hour away but one of my client's dogs goes here and she was scheduled for a spay during her boarding. Drop off was easy, the building is very clean and organized and the staff were friendly and kind. For it being the morning of surgery day the energy was very calm.
